(June 22-July 22)
Welcome back to your season, love. It’s time to take leadership and power back in your life. If there are any areas of your existence that feel dominated by what other people want, or by how other people feel, think about how you can get back in touch with what you want and act on that rather than in response to others. The energy that you harness now will set the tone for the year before you. Move and think with as much intention as possible.
(July 23-Aug. 22)
Things that you thought were a sure thing may start to become hazy, now. This is a lesson in not letting the stability of the things around you determine your inner peace. How can you ground yourself without the certainty that everything external will work out the way you want it to? How can you continue to move forward while people and projects around you may be stuck or bogged down? It may feel like there is a battle between your environment and your will. Which one will you let yourself be guided and influenced by?
(Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
It’s a good time to find other like-minded people to surround yourself with. Maybe it’s people in the same field, with the same mission, or with similar identities or experiences as you. Whatever kind of affinity you’re wanting to feel, right now, make an active effort to secure those connections for yourself. Wanting other people around you, and wanting to engage in reciprocal relationships, does not make you weak or “needy,” it means you can recognize the light in others and are willing to reflect it back to them. Let yourself go there this week and see what magic comes from it.
(Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Now is the time to push yourself, Libra. When you close your eyes and picture the most evolved, sophisticated, and successful version of yourself, what do you see? What kind of choices does that person make? What do they want? What kind of people are they surrounded by? Let these be the guidelines for the “you” now, and begin to clear your life of things that don’t fit in that future picture.
(Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
It’s time to get out of your comfort zone. To take a trip somewhere new, or take a class doing something you’re unfamiliar with. The more you broaden your horizons, the more abundant opportunities to grow and expand will open up to you. So, where is your comfort zone? Where have you been “coasting” in your life? What part of you and your curiosity have you been completely ignoring? Make some space to expand, this week, and keep track of how the experience affects you.
(Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
You’re being challenged, right now, to look at the things about yourself and the dynamics you exist in that are hard for you to accept. You’re used to filling your life with tasks and feats to focus on, but those things may start to slow soon, and you’ll really have to sit with yourself and the entanglements you’re apart of. When you do, allow what wants to come up the space it needs to unfold. The acceleration you’ll experience in the direction of your goals when you actively choose to tend to your inner world and address the tough stuff may surprise you. Ask for help if you need it but commit to doing the work, regardless.
(Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
It will be very rewarding for you, this week, to get out of your own head and problems and help someone else. It could be a simple phone call where you offer to just listen, a chance to volunteer, or help someone clean their house or prep meals for the week. Find something that feels authentic to your capacity and follow through. It’s surprising how your own issues start to feel much smaller and more manageable when you step outside of yourself and give.
You may feel very confined by your obligations, this week. Like there is no room to relax and enjoy your time. It may be useful for you to shift your focus; either to recognize the time and space you really do have to breathe, or by reframing what’s being asked of you. Errands and doing what’s required of you doesn’t have to be an energy suck. In fact, taking care of the necessities is what allows you to truly breathe easy when the time comes to rest. Try and re-contextualize the tasks that annoy you most, this week, and see how it can change things.
It’s a fruitful time to connect to your sensual and sexual nature, this week. The time you’ve spent caring for others and doing deep emotional work has taken you away from your playful side. Re-engaging with your senses and what makes you feel alive will bring some much needed levity, and a different kind of clarity and context, to what you currently have going on. Make intentional, safe space for you to explore this part of yourself, again, and be open to where it leads you.
(March 21-April 19)
This week is a great time to check in on your foundation. What relationships, routines, etc, is it made of, currently? What is it’s stability dependant upon? What have you been building on top of it, lately? It is very easy for you to get caught up in all that you’re doing and forget to feed the energy source that allows you to do it all. Define what is holding the weight of all of your endeavors and show it some love and reinforcement.
(April 20-May 20)
You might have a tendency to overthink this week and continuously be taken out of the moment. Gather your best tools to help you re-ground when you find yourself distracted, or you may miss opportunities that are right in front of you. Ask yourself if there is something in the present iteration of your life that you are trying to avoid, some pain or annoyance or habit that you don’t want to face. Once you find the root, and choose to address it, this week is just waiting to gift you with the prosperity and abundance you’ve been waiting for.
(May 21-June 21)
You’ve celebrated your season and now it’s time to get to work. What has this Solar Return (birthday) mirrored back to you about who you’ve become and what you want? What blocks or obstacles do you see in the way between where you are now and where you want to be? What tools do you need to move through them? It’s time to advocate for yourself and figure out what your priorities are for the year ahead. Make a list of three things, projects, words, feelings, etc, that you are committing to as you move into the meat of this year and make a plan for how you’ll remain accountable.
